PhD: Fate of erionite in soil profile and overlying bedrock

Summary

Applications are invited to do a PhD to determine the fate of erionite in soil profile and overlying bedrock, to be based at the School of Environment, University of Auckland.

The project will contribute the ongoing MBIE project, “Assessing and managing the risk of carcinogenic erionite in New Zealand”.  This position is a great opportunity to be part of a large interdisciplinary consortium, and to carry out research on a topic that has been poorly explored. 

The successful candidate will receive a tax‐ free stipend, for up to 36 months. In addition, while in receipt of the scholarship, the University will cover your tuition and student services fees in full.
