GSNZ Auckland branch fieldtrip

To examine the geology of an area we seldom stop at or talk about. Involves old quarries and other roadside stops so very little walking.

Given the cost of petrol, the time and distance involved, expressions of interest are needed for this trip to proceed. Please contact Hugh at acritarch@gmail.com with a phone number. You will be rung to confirm it is on closer to the date.

Bring lunch and meet in Kaiwaka (at corner of SH1 and the Kaiwaka to Mangawhai Rd) at ~11.15am.

Arrange carpooling with others if you are happy to do so, suggested contribution to driver $15.
