Baddeleys Beach, explore the Waitematas

GSNZ Branch event

Join us on a gentle foreshore explore of the Miocene Waitemnata Group rocks
Leader: Bruce Hayward

Meet at the end of Baddeleys Beach Road (foreshore reserve) at 10.30 am.

Drive from Auckland via Warkworth and Omaha turnoff takes just over 1 hour.

Low tide at 1 pm

Bring lunch, drink, sun protection, rain gear, footwear for mostly sandy or sandstoney foreshore.

If weather is looking bad, please ring Bruce at 9 am (09 523 1667) for possible postponement.
