Glenbrook Beach: we will explore and try to distinguish between the Miocene and Pleistocene rocks in the low cliffs.

Meet at the end of Beach Road at 10 am, the drive from Auckland to Glenbrook takes about 1 hour.

We will explore and try to distinguish between the Miocene and Pleistocene rocks in the low cliffs; low tide at noon.

Bring sun protection cream, sun hat, footwear for soft intertidal shore, lunch and drink.
